• We’re looking for a forward thinking insurance expert to assist our clients and potential clients in leveraging the EIS platform to its maximum. • Do you understand the insurance lifecycle? • Are you passionate about customer experience and turning insurance into a want not a need? • Can you identify challenges, articulate best practice and understand desired business outcomes? • We are seeking a natural storyteller with a passion for innovation and an aptitude for technology and leveraging it to deliver excellence for the insurer of the future and their customers, ideally with experience in the insurance sector particularly the general insurance market. • The role will oversee the most important client engagements to bring the company and our offering to life. • You will be an active member of the client engagement team understanding the client needs and delivering compelling solutions throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ General Insurance business/operations experience. Some Software/IT experience is a strong benefit. • Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders – from technical resources to C-level executive management personnel. • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, is creative, disciplined, passionate and an out-of-the-box thinker. • Expert relationship building, leadership, and presentation skills are a must. • Ability to establish mutual expectations with customers. • Ability to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audience. • Expert project management, coordination, organization, team building and communication abilities. • Effective written and verbal communications skills as demonstrated through presentation development and delivery experience. • Demonstrated ability to produce results working independently and as a member of a team. • Developed problem-solving skills as demonstrated by examples of creative and forward-thinking solutions to business issues. • Travel 20%-30% supporting strategic sales and product needs.

🏖️ Benefits

• The targeted pay range for this position is 100,000 - 120,000 GBP yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. • This role will also receive incentive compensation with an OTE of 30% of base compensation. • In addition to your salary, you will also receive stock options as part of our offer, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. • Base pay information is based on market location.
