• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with companies, universities, and institutions to expand the Initiative’s network. • Attract, negotiate, and secure collaborations with key stakeholders in deep tech fields. • Work with predictive tools to ensure initiative requirements and KPIs are met. • Lead execution of a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy to boost the initiative visibility and participation. • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with the initiative’s goals through tailored collaborations and campaigns. • Present the initiative and its benefits to different audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong business development skills. • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills. • Excellent organisational skills and extended knowledge of project management tools, such as Teams, Trello, or Slack. • Strong public speaking and presentation skills: Ability to present in English clearly and engagingly, online and onsite. • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Canvas. • Ability to convey a message: Strong English drafting skills. • Perseverance: Ability and willingness to follow up and to deliver. • Team spirit: Ability and willingness to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural team.
