• Position Overview: The Revenue Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s revenue-related processes, including accounts receivable, billing, and revenue recognition. • The Revenue Operations Lead will drive process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to the successful implementation and enhancement of the NetSuite ERP system. • Manage and Optimize Revenue Processes: Oversee and improve the entire revenue operations cycle, including retail sales orders, invoice processing, accounts receivable, and collections. • Streamline Workflows and Foster Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues and support revenue growth. • Manage Communication and Leadership: Develop and maintain clear communication channels and structured reporting to keep leadership informed of revenue operations and collections matters. • Billing and Collections Management: Design and implement a structured follow-up process for overdue invoices. • Ensure Compliance and Support Audits: Assist with external audits related to revenue operations processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting, accounts receivable and collections, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced e-commerce environment. • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and switch gears with ease. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. • Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently. • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. NetSuite experience is a plus.
