β’ Our team is committed to enhancing physician and patient quality of life through Elation, a SaaS cloud-based clinical platform. β’ The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in identifying, qualifying, and proactively building relationships with Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), Management Services Organizations (MSOs), and larger practices (15+ providers). β’ Engage decision-makers, assess their needs, and set up the Enterprise Sales Executive as they position Elation Healthβs All-in-One (EHR + Billing) solution to prospective, targeted customers. β’ Identify and engage potential enterprise customers through cold calling, email, outbound campaigns, and inbound lead follow-up. β’ Conduct high-level conversations with clinicians, decision-makers, and administrative leaders at Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), Management Services Organizations (MSOs), large practices (15+ providers), and technology-enabled care delivery organizations. β’ Utilize Salesforce, Gong, Groove, and other prospecting tools to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. β’ Identify and build relationships with key decision makers at enterprise prospects, understanding their needs and challenges. β’ Qualify leads for Elation Healthβs All-in-One (EHR + Billing) solution and digital health partnerships, ensuring a strong fit and positioning Enterprise Account Executive for effective next steps. β’ Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead statuses, and pipeline progress in CRM tools. β’ Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Director of Sales Operations, tracking progress against goals.
β’ 6+ months of sales or sales development experience, preferably in a B2B or enterprise sales setting. β’ Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage leads across various levels and functions. β’ Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging outbound campaigns. β’ Highly curious and eager to learn about prospects' pain points and goals β’ Organized and detail-oriented, able to track outreach efforts and manage multiple leads effectively. β’ Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Groove, or similar sales tools is a plus. β’ Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to grow within a sales organization.
