β’ Fully remote position with a U.S. based company β’ Provides clients personalized assistance to achieve Medicaid eligibility for LTC benefits β’ Initial connection to the customer, providing a positive and welcoming experience β’ Consultative approach to customer relationships, qualifying and closing revenue opportunities β’ Build trust in the company and provide accurate knowledge about our services β’ Achieve outbound call targets set by the management team β’ Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships through pipeline management β’ Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets β’ Uncover customer needs and present an accurate value proposition β’ Develop and maintain deep expertise of services and eligibility guidelines β’ Follow-up with customers to educate and engage β’ Work harmoniously with others toward individual and team targets β’ Stay resilient in winning potential customers despite setbacks
β’ Associate degree preferred, but not required β’ 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferred β’ Remote working experience, preferred β’ Strong ability to sell products over the phone and close deals without physically meeting leads β’ Consistent track record of quota achievement β’ Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction β’ Impeccable communication skills β’ Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications β’ Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills necessary to follow up with customers and improve lead conversion
β’ Staring compensation at $15.00/hr + Commision β’ An opportunity for fully remote work, with the understanding of a designated shift, with some flexibility if in alignment with our remote work guidelines β’ Paid time off for federal U.S. holidays β’ Additional personal time off (PTO) which will increase based on tenure with the company β’ We provide employees with a work computer, along with the necessary software and hardware β’ We offer a health insurance reimbursement program (QSEHRA)
