📋 Description
• Leadership role in the research group accountable for client and project management. • Supervise Associate Research Scientists and Research Scientists on project tasks. • Translate business understanding into appropriate technical direction across multiple projects. • Subject matter expert in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and other applicable domains. • Guides and mentors junior analysts, scientists, and engineers. • Opportunity to serve on Corporate-level Interest Committees and deliver instruction through ERI Training Business Unit.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be a US Citizen and Eligible for US Government issued security clearance. • Advanced degree in technical field (M.S. or Ph.D.) with 4-8 years of related experience or B.S. in technical field with 6-10 years related work experience. • Possesses the technical skills to mentor others on projects and the managerial skills to coordinate research and development. • Subject matter expert in state-of-the-art research in at least two domains listed in essential duties and the ability to innovate new discoveries. • Highly Preferred Candidates live near ERI offices locations in Washington DC, Raleigh NC, OR Charlottesville, VA.
