Requirements

• At least five years of experience in healthcare compliance and management • Experience with CARF accreditation • Expertise in navigating multi-state licensure landscapes, at least 10+ states • Experience with policy and procedure management tools and technology solutions • Passionate about empowering others to understand and build compliant workflows and systems • Experience with Monday.com project management board • Experience serving on interdisciplinary teams • Enjoy finding opportunities to improve and communicate them to peers & leaders • Enjoy meeting new people and establishing mutually beneficial working relationships • Technically savvy and ability to use G-Suite effectively • Capability to work remotely from either a home office or a clinic office
