Description

• Tracking digital spending including ads, collateral, and staff time through our back-end and ensuring reporting times are met for both state and national reporting agencies • Consistent follow-up with states daily to ensure digital spending is beginning and ending on reporting dates • Ushering information on digital spending to our compliance team • Alerting any issues to our digital and compliance teams • Staying on top of reporting deadlines and training digital teams in state where necessary on reporting requirements and timelines. • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Google sheets • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow-up consistently • Demonstrated work under pressure • Self-motivated
