• Execute day-to-day tactical requests as communicated by the FPS Partner/Lead • Receive, complete, coordinate, and/or escalate requests and activities that support product and asset management • Manage exceptions to ensure processes/requests are followed up timely and closed loop • Identify requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation; leverage subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries
• High School diploma or equivalent required. • BS/BA in business or related field preferred (equivalent customer service experience may be considered in lieu of a BS/BA. • Minimum 1 year of customer services experience, preferably in a B2B (business to business) or services organization • Experience working with Electric Vehicles (EVs) or EV knowledge is a bonus • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs. • Strong excel knowledge, including formulas, data analytics, v- look ups, pivot table etc. • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others whom share different opinions • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Self-motivated and professional team player who works well with others • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment while achieving quality results • Must be able to work EST (9:00 am EST – 4:30 pm EST)
