🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a related role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment. • Proven expertise in managing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce). • Strong analytical skills with data analysis, marketing performance reporting experience. • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI). • Experience with attribution modeling, lead scoring, and customer journey analytics. • Excellent project management skills for managing complex projects. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with senior leadership.
