📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our client's team, a reputable accounting firm. • As a Virtual Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting their clients by providing top-notch financial analysis, modeling, and reporting services. • This remote position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse client base and contribute to their financial success. • Key Responsibilities: Financial Statement Analysis: Analyze financial statements to identify key insights and trends. • Prepare reports summarizing financial performance and findings. • Data Management: Collect, organize, and sift through financial data for input into financial models. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial analyses. • Report Generation and Analysis: Prepare clear and concise reports and analyses for clients. • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to clients and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting and Finance Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. • Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices. • Software Proficiency: Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other accounting software. • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data manipulation. • Communication and Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong professionalism and ability to work effectively with clients and team members. • Leadership Experience (Preferred): Experience managing or mentoring a team is a plus. • Professional Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in audit or financial consulting; 3+ years preferred. • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field. • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is a significant plus, but not mandatory.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
