• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and responsive support • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues • Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) • Analyze client concerns and take proactive steps to identify and implement solutions • Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients

Requirements

• Dedicated workstation at home • 30 MBPS minimum Internet connection • Backup device and Internet in times of power outages
