They promote innovation and excellence in mental healthcare through a combination of integrity, innovation, and interpersonal generosity. • Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client's marketing initiatives and help grow their national presence. • Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development, Meta Ads Management, Social Media Growth, Podcast Strategy, Team Collaboration, Content and Talent Management, SEO Optimization, Project Management, Reporting and Analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, including strategy development, budget management, and performance analysis. • Proven experience growing social media presence across multiple platforms. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex marketing strategies to various audiences. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of communication and organization. • Familiarity with SEO and proven ability to implement effective SEO strategies.

Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll.
