They're driven by a commitment to quality, authenticity, and community. β’ Role Overview: Weβre looking for a talented and motivated Ecommerce (Shopify) Operations and Social Media Marketing Coordinator experienced in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and optimizing Shopify stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent creative skills, and the ability to drive results through strategic ad management and e-commerce improvements. β’ Proficiency in using ad management and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tiktok Ads, etc.) is preferred, although we will provide some training on these tools. A willingness to learn and adapt is key. β’ Proven experience in e-commerce management/optimization and content creation, preferably with Shopify and Canva. β’ Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce best practices. β’ Creative mindset with an eye for design and effective marketing content. β’ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve campaign performance. β’ Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. β’ Self-motivated and proactive with a keen attention to detail. β’ Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles is a plus.
β’ Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. β’ Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. β’ Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
