Description

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels (email, social media, website). • Utilize Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns, including setting up flows, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance. • Design marketing materials, social media posts, and other visual content using Canva. • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance. • Maintain a visually appealing and user-friendly online storefront by organizing product categories and collections, using the store’s customization features to revise site pages, and optimizing all related Shopify apps. • Collaborate with internal team to ensure alignment of content with brand messaging and promotional campaigns. • Add new products to the Shopify platform in accordance with company guidelines and standards. • Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images are uploaded for each product. • Process online orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Monitor key performance indicators such as website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value. • Continuously strive to enhance the online shopping experience for customers through improvements in website navigation, search functionality, and checkout process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Canva. • Strong proficiency in product data management, content creation, and website administration. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and reporting platforms. • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles is a plus.

Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
