Description

• Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Accounting Technician to join our team. • Key Responsibilities: • Assembly Orders: Process and manage assembly orders within the ERP system. • Transfer Orders: Oversee and execute transfer orders to ensure accurate inventory tracking and allocations. • Cost Landing & Invoicing: Generate invoices with precise cost landing associations to maintain financial accuracy. • Month-End Reporting: Compile and analyze inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) reports to support monthly financial close processes.

Requirements

• Basic accounting knowledge (formal certifications not required). • Experience with ERP systems or inventory management processes. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools is an advantage • Bonus points for familiarity with the following systems: • Cin7 Core / DEAR Systems • FlxPoint Order Management • Google Sheets • Attention to detail

This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
