Description

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our client's team. This role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in bookkeeping and administrative tasks, and capable of adapting to evolving business needs. • You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various functions within the company. • Responsibilities include event management, bookkeeping support, data entry, general administrative tasks, communication, and miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role • Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper. • Strong proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and QBO • Familiarity with CRM software. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
