• Position: Business Development Representative (Full-Cycle Sales) • Working Hours: Full-Time Mon - Fri (Flexible) (Overlap 10:00 pm-12:00 am PH Time) • Holidays: US Regular Holidays • About the Role: The Business Development Representative plays a crucial role in the business development initiatives at Elevated Hiring. This position is responsible for leading efforts to generate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a steady flow of business opportunities. It offers a valuable opportunity to enhance and apply strategic verbal and written communication skills while gaining experience in the dynamic field of recruitment. • Responsibilities: Facilitate End-to-end Full cycle sales from Lead Generation, cold-calling, email outreach, Sales Discovery calls to Deal close. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling their inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues or problems that may arise. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote our products and services and discuss any new developments or opportunities. Collaborate with the internal team to identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their goals. Continuously engage in process improvement, and recommend ways how to provide a seamless inflow of leads. Data Entry provides accurate Process and Payment Information. Close the DEAL by driving leads to finalize the Service Agreement and process the deposit to start the Headhunter Search.
• Has at least 1-3 years of proven experience in performing a similar role in Full Cycle Sales and handling Client Management. • Has prior experience handling remote full-cycle sales in a recruitment firm or agency. • Demonstrates Excellent Communication Skills and is highly articulate. • Has prior B2B experience and a background in customer service, particularly with U.S. clients. • Proficient in using tools such as HubSpot, dialers and Power Dialers (Twilio, Call Hippo), or similar platforms, as well as Google Workspace. • Has a track record of taking ownership of tasks and asking questions when necessary. • Experience working with a startup, with a strong inclination toward process improvement. • Shows initiative and a proactive approach to completing tasks. • Exhibits strong time-management skills, effectively handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. • Must have a reliable work-from-home setup and a stable internet connection.
