• Elite Technology helps law firms increase efficiency and profitability through operational effectiveness. • Lead in-person and virtual events strategy, manage event marketing budget. • Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, and webinars to drive engagement and generate leads. • Create event content such as presentations and promotional materials. • Analyze event performance metrics and report findings to inform future events. • Coordinate with vendors for high-quality event execution and manage contracts. • Collaborate with various teams to align events with business goals and objectives. • Seek innovative ways to enhance event experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B event marketing, with a proven track record of successful event planning and execution. • Proven expertise and experience in implementing event management software, virtual event platforms, and data analysis tools at a B2B business. • Proficiency in event management software, virtual event platforms, data analysis tools, and digital marketing technique. • Extensive experience in creating impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Innovative thinker with a passion for creating unique and impactful event experiences. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously. • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges during events. • Ability to travel to support domestic and/or global events as needed.
