• Elite Technology is an independent technology company that helps law firms drive profitability. • The product manager will advance Elite’s 3E strategy and manage various time management solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams and meet with customers to understand needs and product strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Alternatively, 3-5 years’ experience in product management and SaaS software development • 3-5 years of progressive experience in legal or law firm administrative support with direct lawyer interaction in SaaS application usage; experience in the legal or professional services software market, practice or financial management software is a plus • Experience managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution • Experience with direct customer interaction (external or internal) to learn their problems and incorporate feedback into the design process • Ability to apply SaaS technologies and innovative solutions to customer needs in collaboration with technology, user experience and other internal stakeholders • A team-mindset and strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to adapt to change and champion it • Ability to travel 10% of time
