• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, consulting, business operations, finance, or a related function • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven recommendations • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with Microsoft Office overall • Experience working with Salesforce • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—clear, concise, and confident with stakeholders at all levels • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines under pressure • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments • A love of process, project execution, and continuous learning • A strategic mindset paired with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute on the details
