📋 Description

• Elite Technology is a leading, independent technology company that helps law firms drive profitability through improved operational effectiveness, increased efficiency, and greater visibility across their business. • As a Tech Lead Engineer, you are a senior member of the team responsible for ensuring the quality, architectural integrity, and technical health of one or more applications. • You will take leadership over different technical projects, mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, and promote continuous improvement over Elite’s SDLC and DevOps. • This position requires deep expertise in building scalable, secure integrations, leveraging API Management, Power Platform, and Azure Service Bus to connect applications and data services.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a technical lead role, with expertise in enterprise integrations and complex business applications. • Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft Stack, including C#/.NET Core, Angular, and Azure, with hands-on experience in Azure API Management, Logic Apps, and Event-Driven Architectures. • Strong expertise in API & Microservices Integration, designing and implementing RESTful APIs, OData, GraphQL, and leveraging API gateways for scalable integrations. • Proven experience in Enterprise & Cloud Integration, implementing middleware solutions, event-driven architectures with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Azure Service Bus, and developing hybrid integration patterns. • Hands-on experience in Data Integration & ETL, building scalable ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, and working with Azure SQL, CosmosDB, and cloud-based data storage solutions. • Deep understanding of Security, Authentication & Governance, implementing OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and ensuring compliance with API security best practices. • Proficiency in DevOps & CI/CD for Integration Workflows, automating deployments using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi). • Experience in Monitoring & Observability, utilizing OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, and performance tracking tools to ensure system reliability and scalability. • Strong testing and quality assurance expertise, with a solid understanding of automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and test-driven development (TDD). • Exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills, mentoring engineers, fostering innovation, and driving collaboration between technical and business stakeholders. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, aligning integration strategies with business objectives, engineering best practices, and cross-team collaboration.
