Description

• Conduct skill gap analyses and develop targeted coaching initiatives • Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for new and existing sales team members • Ensure all training content reflects the latest in Elixir’s products, services, and sales strategies • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop and maintain impactful sales collateral, such as presentations, case studies, demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and proposal templates • Ensure all materials are aligned with customer needs and current market trends • Analyze sales workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements • Track and evaluate key sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a quota carrying role in a B2B SaaS company (BDR, sales, account manager, or a combination) • 4-5 years’ experience in Enablement in a B2B SaaS company • Experience with Salesforce and LMS/Enablement Platforms (Salesforce, Outreach preferred) • Experience implementing and driving adoption for Value Selling, Challenger Sales Methodology, or MEDDICC programs • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred • 5-7 years of quota carrying sales role preferred • 5 years of Sale Enablement Experience preferred
