• Ellevation Education is looking for a tech-savvy, passionate, and driven Contract Technical Recruiter (~3-4 month contract) skilled at finding great technical talent and delivering an amazing candidate experience so we can continue building a world-class team supporting our mission. • In this role you will support our People Strategy team to recruit the best Engineering, Product, and Design talent for our Ed-tech company to support the work of thousands of educators and the students they serve.

Requirements

• Full Lifecycle Recruiter: You have at least 5+ years of recruiting experience including at least 3+ years of technical recruiting experience. Ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the software engineering, product management and product design space. • You have experience sourcing and closing in a highly competitive market and continue to build a strong network of professionals. • You have a strong understanding of tech programs and language. • You can handle requisition loads of 5-10 reqs at various stages. • Thorough: You love details and ensuring a seamless experience. • Analytical: You have a keen eye for data insights, and know how to use Excel/Google sheets. • Trustworthy: You are skilled in building rapport/relationships. • Adaptable self-starter: You’re excited to dive into new projects. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can wear multiple hats.
