• Over the last 13 years, Ellevation Education has built a thriving business serving the administrators, teachers, and specialists who support English Learners at public schools across the US. • Today, over 1,800 school districts use our software to manage their EL programs. • As an IT engineer at Ellevation, you will play a key role in driving a focused investment in maturing our internal technology and providing leverage to various leadership members in finding new ways to increase productivity and secure our customers. • You will also be hands-on in developing and maintaining multiple systems and tools that enable employees at Ellevation. • You are extremely comfortable weighing tradeoffs, generating options, and assessing risks. • You excel in finding development paths that incrementally deliver value along the way to broader goals. • And you are comfortable working across multiple levels of management and cross-functional teams toward shared goals. • We look for individuals who are excited to use their technical skills and experience in support of a mission-driven company. • At Ellevation, we believe diversity drives innovation and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. • Our organization is remote-friendly and highly collaborative.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience (or equivalent) in IT Support Services. • Excited about automating workflows and repetitive tasks. • Experience managing and supporting SaaS applications. • Proven leadership and program management skills. • Proven strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills. • Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple (matrixed) organizations to reach shared goals.
