📋 Description

• Intuition Robotics is seeking a DTC Growth Marketing Lead to shape consumer growth strategy. • You'll drive user acquisition and optimize paid channels for the ElliQ care companion. • Collaborate cross-functionally and leverage data for creative storytelling and growth initiatives. • Implement automated marketing campaigns based on user engagement and behavior. • Analyze data to inform strategies that maximize ROI and conversion rates. • Manage cross-functional projects to enhance user experience and retention. • Stay ahead of industry trends and refine growth tactics for better performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth, or user acquisition. • Experience with consumer electronics or subscription models is a plus. • Creative and growth mindset - able to generate bold ideas and execute them efficiently. • Experience working with media-buying and campaign agencies. • Experience managing effective ad buys and optimizing ROI and performance. • A passion for helping people, especially older adults, combined with a customer-first mentality. • Strong copywriting and messaging skills for email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and paid ads. • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Shopify, Looker, Google Analytics). • Experience creating and optimizing multi-channel marketing assets (graphics, video, animations). • Proficiency in Figma and Canva is preferred. • A data-driven mindset with expertise in A/B testing, analytics, and performance tracking. • Ability to manage complex projects effectively across cross-functional teams. • Self-starter with a proactive approach, always eager to learn and improve.
