📋 Description
• Lead the development and growth of communication solutions at Eltropy. • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for UCaaS and CCaaS solutions. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver innovative features. • Work closely with customers to gather insights and prioritize feature requests. • Partner with marketing and sales to define pricing and messaging for product launches. • Ensure products meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards for global markets.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focusing on UCaaS and/or CCaaS solutions. • Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, cloud communications, and contact center technologies. • Ability to work closely with engineering teams, understanding APIs, integrations, and cloud-based architectures. • Proven experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading cross-functional teams. • Experience in gathering customer insights and translating them into impactful product features. • Strong ability to interpret data, track key metrics, and drive data-driven decisions. • Ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and technical requirements to diverse audiences.
