Description

• Support customer account management, including but not limited to compliance procedures. • Support aircraft Entry-Into-Service coordination process. • Support the customer account setup process, including onboarding, verification, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. • Annual account screening for Compliance program adherence. • Support billing process such as CSP- Customer Service Proposals, EC- Executive Care, MODs – Modifications, Technical Publications. • Support Contract Administration Officer throughout the contracts management, assisting with activities ranging from supporting the contract management to propose modifications to the master contract. • Provide support and reports for managers. • Work with project manager to define improvement project’s scope and goals. • Work with new or existing presentation to create visually appealing, persuasive and effective presentations. • Other Ad-hoc requests especially related to admin activities. • Establish and monitor new and existing KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Law, Accounting, Finance, or related. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. • Aviation experience required. • Superior communication skills and ability to successfully liaise at all levels of the organization as well as with external parties. • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. • Critical Thinking and negotiation. • Knowledge of financial / accounting principles. • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point. • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. • Strong presentation skills. • Initiative and achievement orientation. • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. • Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus (Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish, French).
