Requirements

• 10 years in user experience design, 5 years leading user experience teams • BA or higher in a design-related field or equivalent • 10+ years of experience in UX/digital product design • 5+ years of experience in people leadership • Foundational understanding of product led growth and design principle • A passion for creating magical moments • Ability to balance short-term and long-term thinking • Proactively identify and resolve issues • Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment • Strong data-driven visual, verbal, and written story-telling skills • Experience successfully managing many stakeholders
