📋 Description
• As a Technical Contract Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across engineering, product, and data teams. • You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the People team to drive a seamless and effective hiring process. • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for technical positions (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, and some non-technical roles in sales and marketing). • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, phone screens, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation. • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. • Maintain accurate and timely data in our ATS (Lever). • Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies: LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, employee referrals, etc. • Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles. • Knowledge of the market in Spain, the United Kingdom, and other parts of Europe. • Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment preferred. • Strong knowledge of current sourcing techniques and tools. • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Comfortable working independently and hitting the ground running.
