Description

• Set up and manage commission plans, including defining goals, setting rates, and tracking performance • Provide input to the Comp plan design, led by GTM leadership (CRO & Rev Ops) and Finance. • Administer the compensation plans and any commission tools • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including finance, HR, and sales leadership, to gather input, address concerns, and align the compensation plans with overall business strategies • Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of the compensation plans, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for plan improvements • Maintain and manage a high volume of commission data inputs: Participant information, Credit Rules, Manual exceptions, and more • Provide support and training to sales team members on the commission program • Maintain accurate records of all commission transactions and prepare payment information for regular audits • Provide input and recommendations for streamlining processes and making process improvements. • Answer and resolve commission dispute tickets • Analyze results, identify any variance to plan expectations, and recommend ways to address them

Requirements

• Military, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in a related field • 3 - 5 years of relevant Commission, or Sales Ops experience, preferably in the technology industry • Advanced MS Excel skills, knowledge of commission tools, and integration to SalesForce is highly preferred • Proficient in manipulating systems tools and large amounts of data • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, growing, market-leading technology company • Flexibility to change in a dynamic environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across multiple functions and with varied levels of management • Superior quantitative and analytical skills • Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently or collaboratively as part of a team • Results-driven and comfortable handling multiple deadlines • Highly organized and able to plan and execute • Ability to manage a wide range of projects, people, and deliverables • The ability to work cross-functionally effectively with a focus of driving accountability and collaboration • Business-level written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable with public speaking skills in both online and in-person forums • Strong interpersonal skills used to collaborate with upline, downline, and across departments • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient solutions • A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure • An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
