Description

β€’ Set up and manage commission plans, including defining goals, setting rates, and tracking performance β€’ Provide input to the Comp plan design, led by GTM leadership (CRO & Rev Ops) and Finance. β€’ Administer the compensation plans and any commission tools β€’ Collaborate with various stakeholders, including finance, HR, and sales leadership, to gather input, address concerns, and align the compensation plans with overall business strategies β€’ Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of the compensation plans, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for plan improvements β€’ Maintain and manage a high volume of commission data inputs: Participant information, Credit Rules, Manual exceptions, and more β€’ Provide support and training to sales team members on the commission program β€’ Maintain accurate records of all commission transactions and prepare payment information for regular audits β€’ Provide input and recommendations for streamlining processes and making process improvements. β€’ Answer and resolve commission dispute tickets β€’ Analyze results, identify any variance to plan expectations, and recommend ways to address them

Requirements

β€’ Military, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in a related field β€’ 3 - 5 years of relevant Commission, or Sales Ops experience, preferably in the technology industry β€’ Advanced MS Excel skills, knowledge of commission tools, and integration to SalesForce is highly preferred β€’ Proficient in manipulating systems tools and large amounts of data β€’ Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, growing, market-leading technology company β€’ Flexibility to change in a dynamic environment β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across multiple functions and with varied levels of management β€’ Superior quantitative and analytical skills β€’ Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently or collaboratively as part of a team β€’ Results-driven and comfortable handling multiple deadlines β€’ Highly organized and able to plan and execute β€’ Ability to manage a wide range of projects, people, and deliverables β€’ The ability to work cross-functionally effectively with a focus of driving accountability and collaboration β€’ Business-level written and verbal communication skills β€’ Comfortable with public speaking skills in both online and in-person forums β€’ Strong interpersonal skills used to collaborate with upline, downline, and across departments β€’ Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient solutions β€’ A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure β€’ An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources β€’ Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
