Description

• Help grow and expand the Pinnacle brand into the Detroit MI market • Manage own book of business • Drive loan production and ensure compliance with regulations • Mentor and train loan officers • Monitor and develop KPI’s for team • Educate team on new loan programs and terms • Collaborate with internal teams to expedite loan processing • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients • Stay informed on industry trends and provide guidance to the team • Participate in business development initiatives and networking events

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Proven experience developing and leading high-performance sales teams within the mortgage industry • Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to service delivery • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools preferred
