β€’ Develop and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisition within your region. β€’ Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers in your region. β€’ Actively prospect and qualify leads to expand the company client base. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth. β€’ Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements. β€’ Source, qualify, and manage reps/agents in your region.

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record in sales, preferably within the logistics or oil and gas industry, but not required. β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our services. β€’ Strong networking abilities and a customer-centric approach to relationship building. β€’ Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth. β€’ Familiarity with the region and the oilfield industry is highly advantageous.
