• Develop and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisition within your region. • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers in your region. • Actively prospect and qualify leads to expand the company client base. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth. • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements. • Source, qualify, and manage reps/agents in your region.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the logistics or oil and gas industry, but not required. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our services. • Strong networking abilities and a customer-centric approach to relationship building. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth. • Familiarity with the region and the oilfield industry is highly advantageous.
