β€’ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets while accommodating varied sales cycle demands β€’ Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in complex sales situations β€’ Maintain a well-managed sales pipeline and continuously educate customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators β€’ Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term business relationships β€’ Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects and strategies β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure departmental alignment and mutual support β€’ Innovate within the sales process by introducing process improvements and new technologies β€’ Handle complex sales negotiations and participate in deal closings

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience β€’ Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role β€’ Proven track record in sales and sales enablement β€’ Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis β€’ A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology β€’ Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus β€’ Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus
