Description

• This is a remote position based in Great Basin and Desert territory (CA, AZ, NV, UT) • Work with existing account team to target and sell Smart Home and Engagement Cloud technologies • Act as a trusted advisor understanding customer’s goals and challenges • Run a value-based sales process and consult on marketing technology • Create and lead account strategy to maximize revenue • Manage complex sales-cycles, often presenting to C-level executives • Prepare demonstrations showcasing product capabilities • Evangelize Calix Cloud vision through business value presentations

Requirements

• 5+ years of quota carrying software sales and account management experience • Experience in software/SaaS solutions • Ability to negotiate an executive level commercial/procurement cycle • Previous sales methodology training (Value Selling, Challenger, SPIN) • Consistent track record for exceeding quota in account executive positions, carrying $1M+ quota • Experience managing a team based selling cycle • At least 2 years background utilizing social media platforms for marketing purposes, including Facebook, Mailchimp, Marketo and similar marketing platforms • Superior presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on storytelling • Must have a valid driver's license • Travel is required
