Description

β€’ Responsible for achieving growth through developing Top and Potential Top Customers, and Strategic Focus Accounts. β€’ Identify and fulfill unmet customer needs with differentiated product and service offerings. β€’ Introduce new technology and standardization of existing portfolio onto customers to secure new project orders. β€’ Deliver on growth objectives within regional Top and Potential Top accounts. β€’ Pursue strategies to introduce new technology into key target accounts through building relationships.

Requirements

β€’ University degree or diploma in business or relevant technology. β€’ At least 6 years of experience with a proven track record in managing a set of defined accounts. β€’ A background in selling capital equipment in the plastics industry is required. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills. β€’ Highly proactive with the ability to make data-driven decisions. β€’ Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. β€’ Passion for Industry, solid relationships and networking.
