β€’ Drive sales through personalized wireless solutions and customer education. β€’ Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros, providing recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations. β€’ Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.

Requirements

β€’ Two years of experience in sales and consistently surpassing sales objectives is an asset. β€’ Prior leadership experience preferred. β€’ Prefer candidates who have a knack for all things wireless. β€’ We’re seeking a wordsmith with exceptional communication skillsβ€”both spoken and written! β€’ Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
