Description

• Manage a territory of Home Depot or Lowes accounts. • Drive top-line sales to deliver quarterly and annual POS Goals. • Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies. • Influence key decision makers on store level placement of promotions. • Sell in and execute national event activations to drive sales. • Implement national strategies for product sell-through. • Engage with Store and District Key Decision Makers for updates. • Partner with retail service partners to assess servicing and drive actions. • Engage with Professional End Users to develop leads. • Drive effective inventory management with retail partners.

Requirements

• Early career experience (3 years or less) • Must be willing to travel regionally, work occasional weekends (8-10 annually) • Pass MVR check • Valid driver’s license • Pass all drug and criminal background checks • Physical labor will be required in the handling, training, and demonstration of our products, including the ability to lift up to 50lbs. • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel computer skills). • Self-motivated, driven towards results that grow, develop, and drive sales within a specific region or market. • Ability to analyze data, develop strategic growth plans, and improve financial performance. • Flexible towards change and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Competitive and innovative nature • Proven desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication, computer and business skills. • Bilingual is a plus
