Description

• Join Stanley Black & Decker's SMDP as a Sales Coordinator managing retail partnerships. • Develop sales and marketing skills through structured training and hands-on experience. • Sell products, execute marketing initiatives, and build key relationships with retail personnel.

Requirements

• Early career experience (3 years or less) • Must be willing to travel regionally, work occasional weekends (8-10 annually) • Pass MVR check • Valid driver’s license • Pass all drug and criminal background checks • Physical labor will be required in handling, training, and demonstration of products • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) • Self-motivated, driven towards results that grow, develop, and drive sales • Ability to analyze data, develop strategic growth plans, and improve financial performance • Flexible towards change and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Competitive and innovative nature • Proven desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication, computer and business skills • Bilingual is a plus
