Description
• Responsible for driving accessory sales throughout the West Coast Region. • Develop account plans and gain product approvals at contractors and utilities. • Perform product demonstrations such as Splice/Terminations/Shear-Bolt Connectors/Separable Connectors, etc. • Develop relationships with engineering firms and contractors to drive sales in the trade & installers (T&I) market.
Requirements
• Customer relations experience • Contract negotiations • Technical Presentations • Proven market penetration • Able to create a value add to product • Ability to see market and assist with new product development • Ability to form close relationship with internal teams • Must be self-starter and manage self-performance
