β€’ The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, drive revenue growth, and expand the Helios' client base in the HR tech industry. β€’ This role involves developing innovative sales strategies, managing client relationships, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. β€’ The Sales Manager role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and success in the competitive HR tech landscape, ensuring that our innovative solutions reach and benefit clients globally. β€’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the HR tech and SaaS market. β€’ Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. β€’ Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in global markets. β€’ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. β€’ Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management. β€’ Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company strategy and product development. β€’ Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market. β€’ Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to be successful.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the SaaS or HCM industry. β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth. β€’ Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development. β€’ Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office. β€’ Ability to analyze sales metrics and performance data to drive strategic decisions. β€’ Experience in selling HR tech solutions, global payroll, or financial software is a plus. β€’ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support the sales team. β€’ Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. β€’ Familiarity with global payment systems and payroll processes. β€’ Multilingual abilities, particularly in languages relevant to key markets.
