Description

• Support a team of Account Managers and drive sales activities. • Enhance sales performance through goal setting, recognition, and coaching. • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning via ongoing training sessions. • Handle the hiring and onboarding of new Account Managers. • Serve as a key contact for sales-related initiatives. • Develop strategies for business growth and sales initiatives. • Coordinate day-to-day team support and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. • 5-7 years of experience in sales management with a focus on performance management of telephonic sales. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives is preferred. • Experience in Real Estate (Mortgage, HELOC) is preferred. • Prior experience managing remote teams and utilizing specific metrics in monitoring performance. • Strong decision-making skills and ability to define success metrics. • Skills in prioritization and conflict resolution. • This role is responsible for 8 - 10 full-time direct reports. • The role reports to the Head of Customer Experience.
