• Orchestrate GTM launch activities and deliverables cross-functionally with various stakeholders and deadlines • Lead GTM launch kickoff and go/no go meetings to ensure organizational readiness • Understand and communicate buyer personas, value proposition and market fit of solution portfolio by segment to internal stakeholders including executives and externally in the market • Build tools and content to best position solutions in the marketplace to drive leads • Conduct market research to encompass competitive positioning and win/loss analysis • Provide feedback to product teams on market needs to inform product strategy and roadmap • Make recommendations for solution naming, positioning, pricing, packaging and promotion • Support Product Marketing needs across multiple products and solutions within the portfolio in parallel • Provide strategic direction and recommendations for portfolio management • Serve as a mentor to team members to support growth and development
• Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferred: Marketing Degree or in a related Field • 7+ years of related experience in Marketing, Product Management, SaaS and B2B experience • Ability to think and communicate strategically • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time with little supervision • Ability to present and influence an executive audience • Ability to empathize with our users/market and assume their perspective • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are highly required • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to coordinate and communicate with other teams, especially with the product and sales • Positive and flexible attitude; ability to adapt well to change • Strong organizational and analytical skills
