📋 Description
• Create websites, logos, print and digital ads, event signage and other materials • Create user experience design requirements and UI/UX design strategy for the brands • Design and test UI elements and tools such as page layouts/designs, CTAs, banners, navigation • Project/vendor management • Responsible for managing a team of offshore designers and vendors • A Design Lead is a mentor and design influencer • Contributes to and takes ownership of design strategies • Work closely with our marketing team to ensure seamless web/mobile design experience • Video editing/creation

• Organizational Skills: Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects • Execution: Exceptional design skills with minimal rework • Collaborative Communications: Strong track record leveraging collaborative leadership • Influence: Maintain awareness of competitors and market trends • Decision Quality and Judgement: Strong experience driving brand strategy • Multimedia Experience: Experience with latest digital trends, technologies and methodologies • Innovation & External Orientation: Ability to adjust design execution and strategy • Technical Design Acumen: Expertise with design software, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
