🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of tech/startup or digital product agency experience, or equivalent • Experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design for products with heavy workflows and complex data. • Extraordinary visual design skills and strong understanding of UX principles • Experience leading customer research sessions, aggregating insights, and communicating findings to product managers, engineers, and executives. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate and defend design decisions while navigating complex product and policy considerations
