📋 Description
• Involved in all phases of the investment cycle: identification, evaluation, transaction execution • Model and assess investment opportunities and management teams • Contribute significantly to transaction closing including due diligence, deal structuring, and contract negotiations • Work with existing portfolio companies on value creation programs
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent completed degree required • Initial professional experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or Strategy Consulting • Knowledge in business model valuation and financial modelling preferred • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Well-organized, able to work efficiently under pressure • Team player with positive attitude and integrity • Fluent English and German communication skills
