Description

• Engineering Project Manager responsible for integrated test, measurement, or automation systems delivery. • Create project plans and communicate effectively to ensure successful execution. • Influence collaboration across departments for successful project delivery. • Lead project analysis on scope, schedule, and budget planning. • Drive continuous improvement and mentor project team members.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices. • Minimum of at least 5 years’ experience leading customer-facing engineering projects. • Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills. • A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field or equivalent work experience. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time. • Proven ability to lead, coach, and work effectively with teams on a fixed schedule.
