Description

• Lead team of Project Management professionals to ensure successful project delivery • Oversee project portfolio ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and financial targets • Drive continuous improvement in delivery organization • Manage project documentation and reporting • Lead engagements for strategic clients, managing project scope and budget • Recruit, hire, onboard and train new Project Managers

Requirements

• ~10+ years in Project/Program Management in consulting or digital agency • ~7+ years managing complex digital projects, including strategy, design, build, and CMS implementations • Experience leading delivery of a portfolio of accounts • Experience recruiting, hiring, retaining, and managing Project Management staff • Mastery of Project Management principles, Agile and Scrum methodologies • Experience developing and implementing delivery processes with a desire for continuous improvement • Experience presenting Delivery processes and approaches in pitches • Demonstrated experience managing resources within budgetary, resourcing and schedule constraints • Strong relationship management and influencing skills • Meticulous verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and planning skills • PMP Certification or Certified Scrum Master / Product Owner a plus
