β’ Bachelor or higher-level degree preferred in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Medicine, Sciences β’ Minimum 10 years of CDMO, clinical or nonclinical research experience required β’ Minimum of 8 years of related Project Management experience β’ Substantial personnel management experience required β’ Ability to travel for client visits, site visits and/or meetings (approx. 20%)
