Description

• Lead, develop and effectively manage a global team • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback including formal performance appraisals, development plans and career coaching • Monitor staff utilization and optimize resourcing • Hold team accountable for project-level budget tracking, change orders and reconciliations • Support and contribute to departmental meeting agendas, presentations and discussions • Ensure critical milestones are met using autonomy and interpersonal skills • Create and maintain departmental training plans, SOPs, tools, systems, and templates • Evaluate quality issues through root cause analysis; identify and implement corrective and preventative actions and see issues through to resolution • Work with Quality Assurance to ensure GxP and regulatory compliance is maintained • Maintain a positive, results orientated work environment, building partnerships with cross-functional departments, effecting a positive team-based culture • Support business development with proposals and costing; provide capabilities presentations and support bid defense meetings • Participate in client visits, or host clients, as required

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher-level degree preferred in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Medicine, Sciences • Minimum 10 years of CDMO, clinical or nonclinical research experience required • Minimum of 8 years of related Project Management experience • Substantial personnel management experience required • Ability to travel for client visits, site visits and/or meetings (approx. 20%)
