📋 Description

• Employment Hero is on a mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone. • Our Employment Operating System brings hiring, HR, payroll and benefits into an all-in-one solution. • Since our inception in 2014, we’ve scaled to a $2 billion valuation and gained a presence in 6 countries globally - Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the UK and Canada. • This role involves driving impact and shaping the future of sales operations, contributing significantly to our goal in being the world’s largest employment platform. • Design and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability of our global sales teams. • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss rates, sales cycle length. • Oversee the Salesforce CRM and ensure it’s optimized for the sales team’s needs. • Implement strategies to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment. • Tech-Savvy: Expertise in Salesforce CRM, prospecting tools, automation platforms, and other SaaS sales technologies. • B2B/B2B2C Expertise: Experience navigating the complexities of B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments, with a focus on both Direct Sales and Partnerships. • Creative Problem Solver: You see opportunities where others see obstacles and are always ready to rewrite the playbook. • Action-Oriented: You’re agile, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. • Strategic Thinker: You focus on what really matters and make decisions that drive real impact. • Communication Pro: Whether presenting to stakeholders or crafting a killer email, you know how to communicate with clarity and confidence.
